- Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm Mountain Time
:Please note if traveling from the West, you will +1hr when leaving Glacier National Park as Golden is on Mountain Time (Banff), not Pacific Time (Revelstoke).
Check in times outside of these hours must be agreed at
the time of booking.
- Cancellations affect us greatly and so please read our
cancellation policy before making a booking.
- If cancellation is made 2 weeks before the arrival date
then there is no penalty.
- If cancellation is between 5 days and 2 weeks prior to
scheduled arrival the cost of the accommodation will be charged unless the room can be re let for the same period.
- If cancellation is less than 5 days prior to scheduled
arrival 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged.
- All cancellations must be in writing. Please ensure that
you have adequate insurance in case of cancellation.
- A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee a reservation.
- Unfortunately we do not accept pets in either the bed and breakfast rooms or the Purcell Suite with the exception of working dogs for the disabled.
